At GCN Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your cycling gear. If your new kit doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are clean and in a resalable condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
